Dr De Haan and her staff are part of the reason Im here today. I had 4th stage cancer and I just cant say enough about Dr De Haan. When I went to Riverside, I had about 2 days left on this earth But Dr De Haan wouldn't give up on me. I cant thank her enough for all she did for me.Thanks Doc for giving my life back to me. Im spending the holidays with my family this year because of you and the wonderful staff at Riverside. Thanks again!

She was extremely caring to my Dad. My Dad actually looked forward to his appointments with her. She was very knowledgeable and gave us options. When we didn't choose the option she recommended she still worked WITH us to make it happen. She stopped in to visit when he was in the hospital for a different reason. If I left a message with a question, she would call me back personally. She REALLY made us feel like she was part of the team but didn't always have to be the head of the team. Dad was the head!

Dr. Dehaan has the gentleness of your best friend. At a time when we all need tenderness, this was very welcome! She's very intelligent and straight forward with your prognosis. Throughout my radiation treatments, she was always available for me. Once she chased me into the parking lot because she wanted to make sure I took my samples of Aquaphor. Mind you, I would be back on the following morning. I never wanted cancer, but I'm glad she was there with me.
