Ms. Houser demonstrates a lack of empathy for patients with Mental Health conditions. Ms. Houser told me that I should “get over” what happened to me. Ms. Houser would benefit from training in continuity of care. My primary doctor and I had a treatment plan that we had been executing for four years. Ms. Houser wanted to change that without having spoken to me. That is the opposite of continuity of care. Ms. Houser would also benefit from re-training as a medical care provider. In my brief interaction with her, she ruined the reputation of the family practice I had been attending for more than 15 years. It is unfortunate that my primary doctor retired. Even though Ms. Houser works in the same office, she did not review the previous doctor’s lengthy history of managing my mental health condition. Seek medical help from another professional. Ms. Houser does not have the empathy to be in medicine.

I was really pleased with the visit. I had seen Megan Houser previously for care, I think she does a great job.

Always found Dr Megan to listen to my concerns and to address everything of concern. Have always had the best of care at her office.

Megan was also fantastic. She made sure that my ear problem was corrected and gave follow up instructions to insure that my ear was good. A very caring experience and great to know that I was being very well taken care of.
