I expressed concerns of a prolonged illness (10 days) I expressed that I was getting worse not better. Upon listening to my lungs she said I had congestion in my lower left lobe of my lung, no X-ray was ordered even though I was complaining of chest pain. She said contradictory things like to take an expectorant and a cough suppressant. How are you supposed to cough the loosened mucus up if you're suppressing your cough? This is the norm of essentia. I've been blown off by essentia so many times I'm surprised the building doesn't gag and spit me out.

Megan was very thoughtful and listened to a new issue that I had at my appointment. The next day I received a follow up call to see if I needed further assistance or testing.

There was a student PA. He checked my ears and throat prior to Megan coming in. When Megan came in later. She didn't check just talk to me for less than 5 min and left.

I have been seeing Megan Karschnik for many years and have always been very pleased with her care. I actually enjoy coming in to see her. I have never felt dismissed ot unheard. She is great at listening to me and working to find a solution. She has been extremely prompt and thorough in returning messages I have sent to her through MyChart. I havenothing but good things to say about Megan!
