I'm writing for the Dutchmans Ln office in Louisville, since they hide that one. STAY AWAY FROM THESE PRACTICES. Completely unethical. I had an exam that was contracted through the VA. The provider called me the day prior, audibly noticeable irritation in her voice. Providers name was Megan Lyvers. An incompetent NP with little practical experience. Performed my exams per VA documents. Complained about having to spend extra time to review my extensive records. Did the assessments, confirmed my disabilities and documented the complete opposite because she did not thoroughly review my medical records. It was blantantly obvious she did not, as she missed vital records. Falsified the measurements taken for my range of motion. She also stated that another vet had came in upset and yelled at her. No sympathy here. There was obviously a reason. I would not be so livid if i felt she did an accurate assessment and actually reviewed my records. My conditions are heavily documented.… She needs to be fired. Optum needs to stop taking VA claim exams if they can not properly examine the patients, review their records in a timely fashion and provide accurate opinions.
