Dr. Megan Colleen Mcbride, DO

A bit of a know it all, doesn't keep up on the latest with the American Academy of Pediatrics. Her personality seems pleasant but do you want a friend or the best doctor that you can find?

I brought my newborn in and saw Dr. McBride for her initial new patient visit and haven't seen/heard from her since. The staff won't even let me talk to her, its the nurses that I always have to speak with. I have called/taken my daughter into this office 4 times to try and figure out what this rash is she has. They have prescribed her 2 different creams for something she doesn't even have, switched her milk because they think she has a "sensitivity" to the current...now she is super fussy on the new formula (she wasn't before) and when I asked the nurse why she is like that, she said "I asked Dr. McBride and she said she doesn't know and to maybe go back on the old formula". What do you mean you "don't know" whats wrong with my daughter, that is what I am paying your office for..to take care of my daughter. HAPPY to be switching offices!!!

Best parenting decision we've made has been selecting Dr. McBride as our pediatrician - and we're so blessed her office is so close to our house. We are always in and out of appointments, get quick call backs from the nurses on staff even into the evening hours and Saturday mornings. And it's the little things like talking my nervous 3 year old into the flu shot because "didn't you see her leave, Queen Elsa was just here getting her flu shot because she said it's going to be a cold winter and no one wants to be sick" - practically had my daughter asking for the flu shot. Her reference to a surgeon for adenoid and ear tube surgery was great as well as her follow up. For a "type-A" personality mom, she's someone who help keeps my worrying in check. She always asks/remembers personal conversations about who's caring for our kids and our jobs and overall family life - I never known a doctor (even for myself) who cares as much as she does.

I drive 45 minutes to get to this office because of Dr McBride and the staff. They are very knowledgeable and always willing to help. Wonderful practice!!!

Dr. McBride is fantastic with my child. She always talks with her at length to understand how she's feeling, and has a bedside manner that cannot be matched. I also trust her completely, and value her knowledge and suggestions. I have referred other parents to her numerous times, and I will continue to do so!

She is the best doctor that I have ever had. My twin babies as well as my 13 year old both see her. We are always seen in a timely manner. And she is very good at what she does, she listens and answers my questions completely addressing all of my concerns, and is always kind and compasionate. I would highly recommend her to anyone!

I love Dr. McBride but I am not a big fan or the staff nor am I a fan of her nurse. I don't find them to be very friendly and the nurse second guesses Dr. McBride. She personally is a great Doctor but I have considered switching doctors just based on the staff. I do like that the office has a well and sick waiting room and how you can get same day appointments for a sick child.

Dr. McBride is an excellent Dr. Unfortunately, her staff is anything but excellent. They are rude and inflexible. Since we only deal about 20% of the time with the Dr. and 80% of the time with the staff, we recently changed Dr.'s.

Dr. McBride started seeing my 8yo when he was 2 and is the only doctor my 4yo has ever known. She is fantastic and I don't have enough nice things to say about her. My boys love her. She is prompt, sweet, concerned and exceptional. She makes us feel like we're the only ones and she always puts the boys at ease. The staff is wonderful and have managed at time to give my boys their shots without their shedding any tears. I super heart Fenton Pediatrics and Dr. McBride
