is very caring always ask how I'm doing she checks all my vital signs and even my feet since I'm diabetic pluse have heart problems

I looked hard for a doctor I liked. Dr. Molleck was my third and I'm sticking with her for sure. She uses a scribe to record the nuts and bolts of each visit, which means she's able to devote complete attention to what I say instead of looking at a computer screen and inputting data herself. This is so important. It's clear to me that she's paying attention not only to what I say but also to body language etc. The staff is delightful and highly responsive.

Recently started seeing Dr. Molleck and she is very attuned to the patients needs, listens carefully and offers critical advice and help.

This Dr never returns calls, or follows up with her patients. Her staff is extremely rude. I was trying to follow up regarding an echocardiogram and needing to see a cardiologist. She never responded on the results and had her nurse call instead. Nurse was extremely rude and basically suggested I go back to the ER. The whole set up at this office is a mess. From the rude receptionist and check in staff to the nurses, to the elusive uncaring doctor.
