Dr Megan Press does not collaborate with her patients. She dictates what her plan is and your input is not heard. Very unprofessional.

I guess Megan Press forgot to take her oath of "First, Do No Harm". Office staff has takes no responsibility for errors in scheduling - must be more concerned with getting as many patients in for revenue - than having an accurate scheduling system.

I am a working professional and find it difficult to take time off from work for a doctors appointment. I was told to arrive 15 minutes early for my appointment to fill out paperwork. What's amusing is, I was still sitting in the waiting room 10 minutes after my scheduled appointment (25 minutes total), so why was I told to arrive early? I asked the front desk how long it would be before I was seen. I was told the doctor had a lunch meeting run late. My question is: why didn't they call the patients and inform them to arrive 20 minutes late for their appointment or better yet why didn't the doctor tell her lunch meeting she had appointments and couldn't stay? Possibly because this practice doesn't feel their patients time is as valuable as the doctors. I was becoming frustrated with the wait so they had a technician take me back and take my vitals and they left me in an exam room. A total of 50 minutes passed since my scheduled appointment and still no sign of the doctor. I finally… opened the door to the exam room and it was crickets. I eventually saw the PA-C and explained that I didn't have any further time to sit waiting for the doctor. I had important meetings and calls scheduled, and didn't realize what should have been a quick routine appointment was going to turn into a afternoon waiting for the doctor. I was there from 1:35 to 2:40 and never saw the doctor. My insurance better not be charged since I never actually saw a doctor and it was a huge waste of my time. I do believe I'll be looking for a new PCP.

Dr. Press has the right combination of intelligence, interest, and integrity that makes her a great primary care physician.

I am very thankful to Dr.Press and all the staff at Aspen Medical Group. Dr. Press took great care of me after my hospital stay. She and the staff made sure I was recovering. They always treated me with great respect and provided excellent care. I highly recommend Dr. Press and all the staff at Aspen Medical
