I waited two hours to be seen! Then she spent total 10 mins with me telling me results if her staff testing of my eyes She did not look into my eyes at all! Relied completely on staff!

Dr. Ridley-Lane is an excellent doctor with an easy and approachable manner. She is extremely careful and thorough in her diagnostics, explanations of what she is doing, and in describing and executing on her treatment options. Could not recommend her more highly.

Dr. Ridley-Lane is the consummate professional. Her talent includes taking the time to discuss options thoroughly. Skeptical about receiving shots for my retina, she explained the options I had and the experience she had with those patients taking those options. My opinion mattered, and she worked with me to placate my anxiety. She is a very good communicator. I highly recommend her.

Dr. Ridley-Lane is the consummate professional concerning the welfare of her patients. I was skeptical about furthering injections for my retina. I am Diabetic. She explained the options for me, what results I could anticipate, and side-effects that may result. On top of her field, she provided up-to-date approaches to what may be best for me. She is very understanding; I highly recommend her.

Dr. Ridley is a true professional and obsessive on details. She is extremely knowledgeable in her field , yet doesn't have an ego. She is very personable and has a great personality. I highly recommend her for any ophthalmology problems.
