Dr. Megan Marina Trester, MD

I have seen her for over 5 years, had an issue, had surgery, had a repeat of the same issue a year later and went in immediately and had tests. When it came to consult the test results she blew me off and tried to push me into taking a medication. So I did get a second opinion and have peace of mind to know I was on the right track and am receiving proper care. Too rushed in the appointments and consults and phone calls. I always felt rushed and that my feelings were not valid.

I have been seeing Doc Trester for quite some time and at first I did like her and trusted her judgement. I had a repeat issue recently and went in right away to be proactive. I did have some repeat tests and the results had worsened since the past tests done a year previous. I was concerned and had many questions but when I had my consult with Doc Trester I felt completely blown off and was given very generic answers and told not to worry about it. I have since sought a second opinion because I am still having problems and want answers. I am in the beginning stages with a new provider but so glad I did the switch. I found out more in 20 minutes than I found out in 5 years with Doc Trester.

Saw her once and never again. Beyond rude and disrespectful. Don't waste your time with her.

This is my first fourth baby but my first that I have had locally so I had to find an OB GYN without having anyone to refer me. I have low Papp A, low progesterone, Hyperemesis Gravidarum, polyhydramnios (43 cm of amniotic fluid at only 32 weeks), previous fatty liver and chronic kidney infections so my pregnancy is high risk. After being ignored for 28 weeks by my OB, I switched to Dr. Trester. I have felt completely at ease since seeing her. She always returns my calls, looks me in the eye and responds to my concerns, is friendly, empathetic, and knowledgeable. Having a doctor who I feel cares about my well being and takes the time to call me herself with test results has alleviated much of the apprehension of having a high risk pregnancy. There is little to no wait time, the nurses are very friendly, the environment is clean, professional, and comfortable. I have high standards when it comes to doctors and she has not only met but exceeded all of my expectations.

Dr. Trester did my hysterectomy with the robot. I was back to work in only 2 weeks. She is great.

Wonderful doctor - takes time to discuss personal issues. I never felt comfortable talking with a doctor about sex but she made me feel comfortable and really helped me.

Dr. Trester is an amazing doctor - always with a smile on her face and willing to help with whatever issues I have. I loved having her take care of me during my pregnancy - she really understands what women go through since she is a mom too.
