Dr. Meghan Kathleen Borden Trojan, DO

Dr. Meghan Trojan specializes in cardiovascular disease and internal medicine, bringing 14 years of experience to her practice. She earned her Doctor of Osteopathy degree from Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine and completed her residency training at University of Pittsburgh Medical Center. Her dual specialty training allows her to provide comprehensive heart care while addressing the full spectrum of adult medical conditions. Dr. Trojan speaks English with her patients.

Dr. Trojan practices at Jefferson Hospital and maintains office locations in Pittsburgh, Clairton, and Jefferson Hills, Pennsylvania. She treats patients with sleep disorders, including obstructive sleep apnea in both adults and children. Her diagnostic capabilities include performing electrocardiograms to evaluate heart rhythm and function, as well as ambulatory EKG monitoring for continuous heart rhythm assessment. She also utilizes chest X-rays as part of her comprehensive cardiovascular evaluations.
