Dr. Mehrnaz Iranmehr earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from Baylor College of Dentistry in 2003. Some of her achievements while attending dental school included: the General Dentistry Program Excellence Award, a Dentistry Academic Scholarship, and an Outstanding Achievement in Operative Dentistry Award. She completed her Biology undergraduate degree at the University of Texas at Dallas in 1999.
Dr. Iranmehr, a resident of Plano, Texas for the past sixteen years, was born in Tehran, Iran. She spent her earlier years in Germany, before moving to the United States. She is the proud mother a Plano West Senoir high student, whom she hopes to follow her path someday. When she is not busy with dentistry and other responsibilities, she enjoys spending time with her family and traveling.
Dr. Iranmehr is an active member of the Plano Rotary Club, and holds the position of Clinical Assistant Professor at Baylor College of Dentistry, where she teaches chair-side …practice to prospective dentists.
She has always enjoyed working with her hands, so dentistry was a natural career choice for her. When she started her formal education, she made a commitment to excellence and she continues that commitment today. She strives to stay up-to-date on leading edge techniques and treatments, and is always looking for ways to advance, whether it be from continued courses, other dentists, or walk through hands on experience.
She tries to make every patient's dental experience comfortable and enjoyable. She listens to them and treats them like a friend. Personal relationships are just as important to her as professional ones. Dr. Iranmehr is known by her patients for her friendliness, compassionate care, and her willingness to listen to and explain everything.
