I put off seeing someone about my varicose veins for many years. When I finally decided to seek treatment, I was glad I chose Dr. Sonde. Not only is Dr. Sonde a great doctor from a technical perspective, she also seems to really care about her patients and works to understand how treatment fits into their lives. She makes it a point to spend time with patients on almost every visit, even if you are there for a scan or a treatment that is being performed by one of her staff. Speaking of her staff, the office runs smoothly, everyone is friendly, and they know how to work with insurance companies.

I feel like I have a new set of legs, no heaviness, soreness or bulging visible veins. The treatment was explained every step of the way with instructions for aftercare always explained. I wanted a doctor who was an expert in veins, got a recommendation from my dermatologist, and found the right doctor. Dr. Sonde really knows her stuff. She runs the most efficient office I've ever seen. Everything is clearly explained. Everyone listens. You are always a person in that office, not a "patient," even though it is clear they have a high case load.
