Our experience with this office has been disappointing. They cancel appointments with little to no effort to reschedule and then schedule you weeks later. Given the nature of this specialty, they need to improve their diligence in patient care. A patient can wait weeks for non-urgent situations -- they cannot be expected to wait weeks while in extreme pain and having already waited weeks. Poor form.

I was referred to this practice from pain management. They were to call me and schedule an appt. per the pain management office. They never called. After a week and no phone call from them I called one day TWICE leaving a message that I was referred to them from pain management. They have yet to return my call! Stay away!! If they can't return a phone call how diligent can they be?

Poor communicator, horrible follow up. Refused to go through the scans or reports. The scans and report explanation seems to be a continuous issue. Seemed offended when we informed her we were seeking a 2nd opinion. She didn't give us a gameplan. Immediately released me. Spoke with a former co-worker and she wasn't surprised by our experience.

I was recommended to this office by my doctor. I requested a special doctor but was told I would need to wait months for my appointment. So they made an appointment for me with Dr. Wong who probably is the most junior doctor on staff. When I went to see her she reviewed my diagnosis from the other physician and advised physical therapy. I had p.t. and found some improvement. However, not enough that I would no longer need my medications. I called the office and again request the original doctor and was told by the office clerk that once you see one doctor you cannot switch to another doctor. I advised them that I was not happy with her and would like a little more expert opionion and more direction. The office clerk would not budge in allowing me to see another doctor in this practice. I was told as long as she is with this practice I must see her. She could be booked for weeks but I must wait until she is free to see me. Dr. Wong was nice enough but I did not have a good… confort level with her. I can't believe that in the United States we cannot have freedom of choice. I either see her or no one at this practice which have offices in more than 3 locations.

I am alive today in large part due to Dr. Wong's expertise and professionalism.She is an excellent neurosurgeon and a brilliant, compassionate human being. Words fail me. I am in awe of this outstanding physician.

After having been brushed off by my primary care provider, I was skeptical about seeing Dr. Wong. I couldn't have been more wrong. She is a wonderful doctor, and I know that I am in safe, capable hands with her. She took the time to listen to all of my questions and concerns and was extremely kind and compassionate. So happy I have her as my doctor!
