Dr. Hailu is friendly and knowledgeable, what more could you ask for. Great GP

I went to see Dr Hailu due to an 8-wk cough. She was thorough, detailed, kind, informative and spend a great amount of time with me. Never felt rushed. She checked for everything I asked and now I’ve made her my PCP. She seems wise and genuine. Also found my 8am appointment within a week of calling the office which was amazing as I work a 9-5.

Dr. Hailu is an excellent doctor. She is kind and patient and takes the time to thoroughly explain the results of your visit and/or any findings. She also seeks to know her patients and works within that. I feel very lucky to have found her.

I have seen Dr. Hailu twice, because she is the most convenient distance from my work, but she offended me during my mental health consultation by saying that mental health has now become a part of annual doctors visits but she doesn't understand why, charged me for services she did not offer me and has made me cry because of how rude and insensitive she is.

I saw Dr. Hailu when my insurance changed. She spent a lot of time talking to me, trying to get to know me. She spent less time than my regular internist did on physical examination, but she was otherwise extremely thorough. She persuaded me to get a colonoscopy which proved to be beneficial as they discovered a few polyps. She also got me to exercise more.
