BEWARE!!! This place just ripped me off. I had my worst experience when it comes to plastic surgery. I have done two sets of labs and a physical exam. Everything was all clear. Then they told me MEL ORTEGA can't do my surgery. He wants me to have an echocardiogram. I asked them where will I even go to have that done. It's a week before my surgery and Kaiser does not authorize test for outside surgeries which I gave them that in a email. They are still refusing to refund me my $1,000. Besides the fact I'm off work already for those days and already had a flight I booked plus I had to pay for a place to stay. I just feel like if he refuses to do my surgery cause he feels I'm at risk then give me back my money. I have already wasted time and other money I can't get back. BEWARE!!!!

Dr. Ortega offers a great service to every patient that enters the facility. He is very professional and careful when it comes to explain any question or concern.

Completely in love with my results, Dr. Ortega is a very nice human being. Dr. Ortega and his staff made me feel at ease. I recommend his work to all you ladies out there, wanting to change your life’s.

Waist of money

Well I had a bbl by him and he left several lumps everywhere and did a poor job with lipo. The most upsetting part is it takes over 5 hours with an appointment to be able to see him. Once I do get to see him he acts like such an arrogant doctor. He won't take any responsibility and basically just said that I may need a revision or two. Really? It was the biggest waste of money in time to go to him. You get what you pay for. Cheap is not the way to go when it comes to plastic surgery! I learned that the hard way!!!!!
