Terrible service and will never go back. Back to Health Chiropractic with Melanie Crocker. My husband had extreme neck pain and was coming as a new patient. While he was being seen my children and I sat in waiting room. My daughters played with the blocks they had available to build. One of my daughters noticed on their wall they had pictures of people with the blocks of things they built. There was a sign in the wall that said once you build a castle to let one of the girls know and they will take your picture and put it on their wall of fame. They asked me if they could ask the lady to take their picture. I said sure. My youngest asked the receptionist if she could please take a picture of them with their castle for the wall. The receptionist rudely replied, “I don’t care if you get your picture taken or not! Go ask your mom to take your picture!” My youngest just froze shocked. I got up and asked the receptionist if she knew why my daughter was asking and what her wall said. She… then leaned over, looked at the wall, then looked at me and said, “I don’t care what it says, I’m new here and I don’t care to take a picture of your kids!” She then just sat back down and went to be on her computer. I went ahead and took a picture of my girls while we waited for my husband to finish. When he was done visit was almost $170 for first time visit. They wanted him to come back next day. My husband still in pain went in a second time, while I waited in car with kids. Paid another $70 dollars and came out worse then he did in the beginning and they still wanted him to come back. Still not any better, rude receptionist. Definitely not ever going back there. Sadly, after telling a few people, we learned later that no one seems to recommend this place and so many have bad things to say. Wish we would have known beforehand.
