Find another doctor there is a 3 hour wait to see the PA and/or the doctor.

Dr Melanie Arora is a terrible doctor!! Do yourself a favor and dot go to her. You will definitely regret it. She is so cheap she doesn’t even have a front desk receptionist answering phone calls. I guess she thinks she is still practicing medicine in India. I hope she has malpractice insurance because I’m definitely going to file a lawsuit against her dumb dumb. Also before the office manager replies saying this is not a patient. This is the husband of a patient. I work for two hospitals in the high desert and I will definitely let my colleagues know about the terrible experience we had dealing with her and her pastime staff ??. My insurance sent me a referral to go to her and all of the sudden they sent me a bill for $185 dollars for a Pap test and also because my wife had a small lump on one of her breast and she said it was nothing that hopefully it will go away and that if it gets bigger then go back to see her. On top of that they sent me a bill for my wife for $185… dollars claiming that my insurance didn’t cover. I called my insurance and they said they did get paid and they no longer do business with them because of so many complaints against Dr. Melanie Arora. Terrible terrible terrible customer service and horrible horrible doctor. Do your self a favor and call hospitals around the high desert and see for your self how she’s terrible!! There are so many better OBGYN doctors in the high desert.

Dr. Melanie Arora is a wonderful, caring doctor with great bedside manners. Having a doctor like her is worth any office wait times, and the staff is nice and dedicated to helping you.

Dr. Melanie Arora, not even knowing me, had the care and understand of a doctor of healing. Am following her directions close as I am able. Feel her recommendation for extended care best ever and following up.

Dr M. Arora delivered my grandson! She was at the hospital to see and examine my daughter prior to delivery time. Friendly, professional and made us feel very comfortable. She was on call for my daughters OB, and we felt more confident after meeting her. The long delivery was a success and she was great at helping and coaching my daughter! Thanks Dr. we appreciate you for helping to bring our precious baby into this world ????????A day we will never forget!

I schedule an appointment with this Dr. waited about 10 minutes for the first time and then the follow up appointment I waited over 2 hours!!!! I understand if they were delivering babies but I did not even see the Dr. only the PA. I respect the Drs. time and I try to be early for my appointments. My time is also valuable and I don't have 2 hour to wait for a scheduled appointment.
