Melanie Costa is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with over 8 years of professional experience working with teens, adults, and seniors. She specializes in treating conditions or concerns related to anxiety, depression, daily life stressors, life transitions, career changes, relationship dysfunction, communication challenges, low self-esteem, and more. Melanie earned her Master’s degree in Social Work from Rutgers University, andis foundationally trained in dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT).
