Dr Melanie Dresden

Melanie Dresden is a certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center as a Family Nurse Practitioner. In 2017, she earned her Masters of Science in Nursing at Simmons University in Boston, MA. She has extensive experience in the Emergency Room, Surgery and Spine departments. In addition to working at Stem Cell Centers, she moonlights in the Emergency Room and Urgent Care. She also works part-time in a family practice clinic in her local community.
Her love for health and wellness is the foundation for her career. She is passionate about alternative and functional medicine for optimal health and longevity. She is a self-proclaimed bio-hacker and delves into the research on the multiple modalities she incorporates into her client's care. She is a certified Kion coach which allows her to provide her clients with nutrition, lifestyle and exercise guidance. She has experience working with bio-identical hormone replacement therapy for both men and women. She believes nutrition has one …of the biggest impacts on a person's health. As the saying goes, "you are what you eat". She enjoys reading up to date research, articles and attending conferences to expand her knowledge of health and wellness.
Her and her husband have 3 growing and energetic children. In her spare time, she enjoys cooking, trying new foods and traveling. She is an avid reader and has learned the art of speed reading. She enjoys exercising and has participated in adventure races and half-marathons.
