Dr. Melanie Dudek

Melanie Dudek is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) with over 4 years of experience. She primarily works with adults across the lifespan who are managing issues related to anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, new or chronic illness, caregiver fatigue, grief, and end-of-life issues. Melanie completed her Master's degree in Social Work at Simmons University. Melanie values the experience and intersectional identities that her clients hold, which enables her to tailor her therapeutic approach to meet her clients' individual needs. Her approach with each client is unique, multifactorial, and evolves over time. She utilizes a trauma-informed approach and draws from elements of narrative therapy, cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solutions-focused therapy (SFT), and mindfulness.
