Dr. Greene is one of the best in the upstate. (5 Star in every area).

Dr. Green is very competent and compassionate towards her patients. Her beside manner puts you at ease and she takes time to explain all the details of your diagnosis and how to take your medications. Always in a jovial mood and is very accurate in her diagnosis. She's the best!

I love Dr. Greene, she is friendly and upbeat..good attitude for anxious sick people.She gives confidence to her patients and just seeing her beautiful smile makes one feel she can help and that you, the patient, will get better. I feel so blessed to have her as my Doc!

Dr. Greene herself is not the issue I have with this office. The telephone system is automated and terrible. It usually takes several attempts to get through to a person and when calls are transferred to the nurse 9 times out of 10 nobody picks up. My son was there a few weeks ago and had blood work done. It took over 5 calls from us to finally get the results after two weeks of waiting.They never called us to say what his results were. These test were done for what Dr. Greene suspected was a serious virus so needless to say the stress of waiting was overwhelmimng.For myself, Dr. Greene's bedside manor is wonderful but the way the office is run needs to be revised. Having been in the business of health care myself for over 30 years I understand how an efficent office should be run. This one is greatly lacking in the patient followup area. No matter how proficient Dr. Greene may be her poor quality office overshadows her abilities.

Dr. Greene has been my primary care physician for many years and is always pleasant to deal with. I find her attitude and demeanor to be excellent
