Dr. Melanie Rose Levitan, MD

I thought she was really nice and caring at first. However, I had made an appointment with the receptionist and she yelled at me, she said she wanted to go home. Then to make it worse she handed me a refererral that criticized my personal character. She never took responsibility for it. She denied she wrote it, which is fine. She never apologized. Even if you didn't write it, take responsibility for your staff. I was also not treated properly for my tick bite and now I have a chronic infection Babisa ( 2.5 years later) I felt so hurt and dehumanized. I have to say I have had several experiences like this in Berkshire County. Especially with Babisa, I was chronically ill and five medical professionals refused to treat me. I would have died. Still very sick. Their all getting a bad review.

very unprofessonal staff. rude. called to book an appointment for a physical, they told me company policy was to come in first, they told me first available was over 5 weeks out, and from there, the dr's assistant (they wouldn't even book me with a dr) would let me know when i could get a physical. doctor isn't accepting new patients but doesn't inform anyone so new clients still sign up then they give you the run around and give you to an assistant.heidi office manager very incompetant and rude

Dr Levitan is the best doctor I have ever had.

Dr. Levitan has been outstandingly supportive and effective as my doctor. She has taken care to understand my concerns, particularly as regards medical drugs, and has worked with me to address what I've focused on. I appreciate her kindness and patience, and her open-ness to some alternative treatments, such as herbs. When I approached Dr. Levitan about some treatment I was thinking of, she checked things out for me and advised a different approach, and she was right. Her recommendation helped me greatly, and I'm most grateful to her for the professionalism that she aligns with her ever-ready human kindness.

Clinical knowledge base is excellent. Personal,caring and truly concerned about her patients (even calls to see how you are). Friendly affect which makes you feel so comfortable. Highly reccommend
