This was my first appointment with Dr. Palm and I was very impressed. The way they use technology to remind you of appointments, to do your initial paperwork was great. I never felt rushed in my appointment. I had to actually slow down because normally a doctor rushes you through, but this was not the case at all. She recommended some procedures and was honest in her appraisal. She was very clear she did not want me to spend money that was not necessary and I appreciated that. Definitely recommend this doctor and her thoughtful staff. They are obviously a great team !

Dr. Palm is an artist! She did a beautiful job on my botox. Iâ??ve had a number of doctors in the area do my botox, and she is by far the best. I wanted it to look natural, and not frozen. My husband and friends couldnâ??t tell at all. They just told me how great my skin looked. Thank you so much Dr. Palm. I will never have anyone else do my botox again.

I visited Dr. Palm on two occasions to have warts removed, and was extremely satisfied with both her professionalism and abilities. Dr. Palm took time to explain the causes of warts, and the procedure that she would use to remove them.

Dr. Palm treated me before she left her Chicago practice. When I was due for a touch up I went to see another dermatologist in Chicago only to find I was left with asymmetry from his botox injections.Who would think that could happen with something so standard these days? Right? Wrong!Well, all the more reason I took my best friend to see Dr. Palm for fillers and botox. Her first experience needed to be with the best skilled/qualified physician.My friend was amazed at her result!! My issues created by a different physician were corrected by Dr. Palm's expertise. Dr Palm is an excellent dermatoloists. She is a very caring and knowlegable doctor. She helped me with my cosmestic questions as well as my sun spots that I wanted to address. She is an excellent injector. She made me look 15 years younger! I highly recommend her!
