I saw Dr. Rhue because of a referral. She acknowledged the fact that I had just turned 18 but still said that I could see her for a follow up appointment if necessary. I followed her instructions but nothing changed. So I requested a follow up appointment a month later. After my follow-up appointment was scheduled, she cancelled it because I was eighteen. This is all happening during COVID19 where I don't have the resources to find another doctor in this short amount of time. Disgraceful leaving your patients hanging when they need help.

This is the first time i go to Doctor Visit and the doctor asked to reschedule after one hour wait . I scheduled a Appointment for my 3 year old kid with this Doctor, I didnt pick this doctor and was referred by Kimberly from Novant Waverly. The Appointment was 3.30 PM. i took 1 hour permission in my office and picked my son from daycare. I checked in @ 3.25 PM and was waiting till 4 PM and then they called me inside, till 4.30 no one came out and finally @ 4.45 the nurse came and told that doctor is busy and asking to Reschedule. Just think about any people who get daily wages or any Blue collar. If you cannot make a treatment in a specified time for a patient, why you are opening so many Appointments. Its total waste of time to see this Doctor. I strongly dont receomment anyone to see this doctor. There are so many doctors you can find in vitals. I am totally disappointed and i hope Management take action on this issue.

Dr. Rhue is amazing. Her beside manner makes you question that of others. She is very thorough and my daughter loses all anxiety when she's in her presence. Definitely would refer anyone to see Dr. Rhue. You will be pleased.

We are in the process of filing a lawsuit against Dr Rhue. We took our daughter in as we felt she may have a gluten allergy. Instead of taking her off wheat and dairy as we requested she ordered a surgery. She was negligent and for this reason we are filing a lawsuit. We have left several messages for Dr. Rhue to call us before we proceed and no response. Please beware.

I don't know where we would be if it hadn't been for Dr. Rhue & Presbyterian Hospital. Cannot say enough good things!!! She's the greatest!!!!!!!!!!!!
