seems to be nice, her staff was very rude to me, I let them know in no uncertain terms and they canceled me from their office.

I have seen this provider twice. My initial impression was horrible and I shouldn't have made a follow up appointment. I was talked down to, had words put in my mouth, sarcastically laughed at when in tears about the pain I was in. Her diagnosis was determined before even meeting or examining me in my honest opinion. I had two different family members attend each appointment. Neither were impressed. I was told to live with and deal with my pain. She also told me that she would give me one joint injection to make me feel better since I was determined there was something wrong with me. I would hate to hear how she talks to everyone else. Her advice for me was to suck it up and buy lots of Tylenol.

I walked away from this initial visit feeling like I had the worst doctor visit in my life. Dr Rohr was very curt and almost patronizing. I have always participated in my own health care, but she wants to tell your her treatment plan and move on to the next patient... quickly. If I had to be honest, it felt like she hates her career choice. She's so young to be so miserable. The only friendly people on the ARCK staff was the receptionist and the nurse that checked me in. Even the Xray technician used a loud, slow, "you're an idiot" voice. Definitely need to find a new Rheumatologist, not paying anyone with such poor bedside manners.

She was very thorough and asked lots of pertinent questions. At my request she was willing to work with me on alternative therapy, which cured me!

Dr. Rohr said--and I quote--"I don't give patients copies of test results, because they might misinterpret them." I kid you not. She doesn't understand the Internet either. We discussed different medication options and I asked her to send me some links. she said, "Links?" Patients are part of their care team and are entitled to all the information. Doctors should be willing to share, especially with a patient who is clearly intelligent and educated. I changed doctors immediately.

When I asked questions she fell back on Dr. Wangs' diagnosis. When I complained about no results on my blood tests from 5 months and no postings on the website about them. She told me I was complaining to the wrong person . Very unsatisfactory visit. I will go elsewhere.
