She is the best doctor we ever had! She’s very caring and very smart!

I second the previous review on this horrible doctor! The most condescending, arrogant, uncaring, incompetent person I have ever met! Verbally abusive! Her license should be taken away. Every chance she gets she throws a dagger at you! Extremely disrespectful even though she is completely incompetent! I feel so bad for the elderly patients that she sees in the Garlands! Their families should be aware that she is probably verbally abusing them. Also, she has no idea why you are there to see her. When I said to her, "you don't even know why I'm here after sitting here for 15 minutes" her response was, "I do have other patients you know!" She just goes thru standard questions on her computer. She doesn't look at you and doesn't ask how you're feeling. Zero independent thought of her own! Completely incompetent! And has zero interpersonal skills. Please beware! And to the residents at the Garlands....please protect yourselves from her and bring a family member with you to ensure that… you are treated respectfully and not being verbally abused.

Recently moved from Illinois to another state and one of those people I will miss is Dr Einfalt. She was my primary Doctor for 20+ years and I credit my good health despite a few "blips" to her amazing knowledge and interest in her patients well being. When an issue arose, she directed me to the correct professional when needed. I pray I will find another female doctor to fill her shoes! Thank your Dr. Einfalt for the care and advice you gave to me, Big Hugs!

Tried to get a new patient appt and had to wait 6 weeks - ok fine. I get that Dr's are busy. Well then they had to cancel my appt... wonderful. So I call to reschedule a new appt (after I found a lump on my breast - pretty important. I work for an oncologist. They take that seriously) Oh sorry we can't get you in for 2 months... Oh sorry I will find a new Dr. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. No concern at all that I have a lump on my breast and am freaking out. Haven't even seen the lady and will not recommend her for anyone.

My Son had an appointment with Dr. Einfalt at 4.00. He received a message from her office at 12.30 the same day asking to come at 1.00, saying she wanted to "spend more time with us". We live an hour away, got a half hour notice. I replied back saying we had to keep our original appt. because of schedules. I think she either double booked, or wanted to leave early. We spent an hour waiting to see her, finally at 5.00, which is closing time we saw her. I knew the minute she walked through the door that she was not who we were looking for. She made it quite clear we only had "20 minutes" and could not go over what we needed to discuss. She was very rude and intimidating. My son is a Veteran, this is how Veterans are treated?! But she wanted us to change our appt. to spend more time with us?! We left, didn't finish the appt., she made us feel like we were wasting her time. SHE was wasting ours! However, her nurse was exceptional! We wish She was the doctor, was very… compassionate, patient, knowledgeable, and sincere. My advise, if you want a compassionate Dr. that cares for the patient and wants to listen and help, she's not the one.
