Outstanding service and follow-up by this provider. Dr. Elkins-Smith is a caring compassionate physician! She had tears in he eyes when she informed me of my dx for prostate cancer.

I have known Melinda for many years and have been a patient of hers for the last 4 to 5 years and have always known her to be kind and courteous. She will be straight forward with you about your health. Unfortunately I am not as good of a patient as she is a doctor. She also doctors my mother and we both just love her. Her staff is great and always takes as much time with us as needed.

I am a mother of a special needs medically fragile child although we primarily doctor at Nationwide Childrens Hosp. in Columbus we also need a doctor local. Dr. Smith always makes time for her and even consults with her Columbus doctors while making decisions on the best way to care for my daughter. As for myself, she has always went the extra step, as I am a strong willed person that tends to not listen when I am the one sick. She has went as far as to call me at home herself and with authority tell me what I needed to do and when. I find that a plus in a doctor that has to deal with me. She means for you to do what is best for you. No nonsense. She is a very educated strong no nonsense woman that is our Doctor. I give her 4 stars!!

Dr. Malinda Elkins-Smith, whom, I havebeen seeing for over 3 years. She has always been, courteous, kind, very professional, skilled, understanding, very helpful, friendly, and might I sayvery,very easy on the eyes. And onemore thing, she always has a beauty-full smile :)

would not listen to what i had to say, staff was rude on phone and try to put me in middle of other doctors, staff lie to the doctor and dr. smith got me up set and and try to make me look bad . staff was listening at the door when dr.smith chew me out. went to get help from her and she got me stress out i almost got in car wreck when leaving her office. i now see she has not been a dr. that long. and i now know why she needs so go back to school and learn how to be a good dr. and how to treat people . she needs more medical schooling to come to be a real dr. she is not a dr.she is some one in a doctor's dream. please check her out good if you want a good doctor do not go to her.
