Dr. Melinda Eileen Ford, DO

I've been seeing Dr. Ford for about 5 years now and she's great & I'd recommend her highly to anyone looking for a primary care physician.

She is an AWESOME doctor!!!!

I've been seeing Dr.Ford since she started at Parks Hall and would definately recommend her to others. She is always correct on her diagnosis and very laid back and easy to talk to. She takes her time with your concerns and is worth the wait for. She also refers me to specialists when needed.

My husband has been going to Dr. Melinda Ford for several years now. He will no longer be a patient of hers. My husband has hemochromatosis and gives blood to rid his body of the excess iron. She did blood work recently, telling him his liver count was too high and referred him to a specialist. We worried for 2 weeks that this meant his liver was bad! Today, the specialist says that those counts are fine. She should have done some research on the disease and she would have known that was normal. She could have also explained better to my husband that this wasn't cause for concern but that she prefer he see a dr. who specializes in this type of disease. Instead she lost all trust and faith he had in her. We would never see her again!

Dr. Ford doesn't appear to be very knowledgable. She is quick to refer and seemed annoyed during my appointment and judgmental in her responses. She listens but doesn't hear what you are saying. Would not recommend as a family physician.

Dr. Melinda Ford is my favorite doctor, by far. She treats patients holistically and I am confident in her care. I highly recommend her.
