The don't know how to use teledoc,and refuse to diagnose over the phone.

Every time I go into the office the lady at the window has an attitude and is not very helpful. It seems to me that their records are not easily accessible as it takes very long periods of time to get records pulled up. The NP and Dr. are great once you get to see them, but front desk and office are rude and difficult to speak with. Overall I have not had a good experience.

They have repeatedly canceled appointments they made me wait weeks for. Also every time i go in, i see a different NP, i don't think i've ever seen the same one twice and i've Never actually met Dr. Jackson. When they do keep an appointment, i still have to wait in an otherwise empty waiting room for nearly an hour. Rarely sick so haven't bothered to get another doctor but this last cancellation by them i'm done.

Doctors office is OK but when you have to wait an hour+ after your appointment time to see the doctor EVERYTIME you go... it's a bit ridiculous

Exceptional staff, immaculately kept office and exam rooms, best PCP & staff I've ever dealt with.

Dr. Jackson is the best doctor I have ever been too. She takes time to listen and explain.

Doesn't want to give medicine for anything. Refers for anything. The Jamie to which the other reviewer spoke of does exist ( perhaps she has a different name) and she is mean. Makes you feel like a drug seeker if you need any kind of medicine and god forbid you need pain medicine! Horrible dr. Avoid at all costs unless you want to meet ever specialist in town.

2 yrs ago, she saved my life! She always listens and goes above and beyond. I am disabled from MS with a few other chronic problems, she usually knows what the problem is or refers me asap. I'm known to be a "problem patient", but when your a nurse and find many local docs don't know or care, you move on to find quality. I do not agree with the few negative comments. FYI there isn't a "Jaime" on her staff.
