I had another procedure (lipo to upper belly) with Dr Lacerna yesterday, I tell you she is great and aims to please. After taking the cocktail (pills) before arriving to the surgery center; which is lovely and convenient by the way she started the procedure in a timely manner. This time I was awake, I was a lil nervous but it was not as bad as I thought it was going to be. She prepped and numbed me and started the procedure. I was able to talk throughout the whole procedure. When I got home I slept all day and night. Today I haven't had any pain pills. The pain is tolerable it feel like I've been doing crunches for weeks. I've been up and walking around. I can't wait for the next procedure (breast lift/augmentation). my breast surgery is perfect and healing and downtime was minimal thanks to dr lacerna

25 year old, no kids, 140 pounds all my life. Chose to get a round 2 BBL with dr Lacerna and my legs are permanently disfigured. I have so many scars all over my body, unnecessary spots of lipo entrance right next to eachother. Less is more when doing lipo and my legs were liposuctioned so aggressively they came out like STICKS with dents and lumps everywhere, and loose skin everywhere. The lipo was so bad. My butt was so huge compared to my legs; (specifically the left side) I looked like an ant. I saw other plastic surgeons that told me I have an ant deformity and scrawny chicken legs. My skin was stuck to the muscle from so much fat being liposuctioned. Esthetically pleasing results that a plastic surgeon should know is a body that blends. A huge butt needs to have some thigh to match. I was unaware they would turn out so bad when I told Lacerna to lipo my legs. Trusting that my results would be good I had no idea this would happen. You are not suppose to lipo banana roll area… because this holds the butt up! My fat was also not placed in the hips at all only projection with stick thin legs which seriously looked so ugly. My body was better before any plastic surgery and I regret this every day. Have had to seek 2 revisions which did not help. Permanent damage and mentally I am not healthy any more at all. Have sought out therapy for depression. Haven’t worn shorts since the surgery

Very poor surgeon and will avoid you if you have a complication
