Dr. Melinda Kay Miller, MD

It’s about 8 years since my breast cancer surgery and high time to say something about this wonderful doctor. Dr. Miller not only successfully removed what was left of the tumor after chemotherapy, but her aftercare was extraordinary, both the same day and during follow-up appointments. She was always kind and she truly cared about my wellbeing.

Dr. Miller saved my life. The only symptom I had was nipple bleeding. No lump, 3D Mammogram showed nothing, ultra sound showed nothing, but she didn't give up and found I had HER+ and Hormone+ breast cancer. She was very gentle when telling me I needed a mastectomy and took very good care of me. I love this lady!!!!

I would never recommend this doctor to my worst enemy! I had a terrible experience with her for multiple reasons. To begin with, she asked me how my biopsy went after my last appointment, yet I hadn't had one done! She was extremely demeaning to myself and my mother, who came with me in case any procedure was going to be done. She never answered any of my questions with anything other than "I see a lot of breasts" and "well I see cysts that are 5cm"...the last time I checked, cancer starts with one cell. I could go on, but I hardly feel it's necessary. After leaving I felt no better than when I had come in, and I absolutely had not more insight to what was going on. What's even more disappointing is the fact that every other person I had seen in the department was more than friendly, and very helpful and accommodating. Unfortunately, I have found another dr at a different medical group due the the experience I had with her.
