Melissa Marie Bernhart

I had a scheduled appointment with Dr. Bernhart but arrived late, and fully understood if I'd need to reschedule. The interaction at the front desk, however, felt unprofessional, with overheard comments that were clearly directed at me in a way that felt dismissive and unkind. SHE LOUDLY EMCLAIMED, "OH MY GOD!" WHEN I TOLD THE FRONT DESK MY NAME. I drove a long way to see a doctor I hoped would be respectful and considerate, and while I know I was at fault for being late, it was disappointing to be met with what seemed to be open disdain. I'm looking for a professional I can feel comfortable with and treat my health seriously, and unfortunately, I didn't feel that here AT ALL.

Thank you, Melissa I see Melissa, CNP, yearly for urology issues. I need to take medication that requires Pre-auth and she sees that is done on a regular basis. She is very knowledgeable in her field. She is kind and compassionate. I never feel rushed at any appointment that I have with her. BRB March 2023
