Dr. Melissa Leigh Dawson, MD

Dr. Melissa Dawson is a board-certified obstetrician-gynecologist with 15 years of experience caring for women throughout all stages of life. She earned her medical degree from Touro New York College of Osteopathic Medicine and completed her residency training at Danbury Hospital. Her comprehensive training in women's health allows her to provide both routine gynecologic care and specialized treatment for complex conditions.

Dr. Dawson practices at multiple locations including Enloe Medical Center and Oroville Hospital, serving patients in Chico and Oroville, California, as well as Carson City, Nevada. She specializes in treating urinary incontinence issues that affect both men and women. Her expertise includes performing urodynamic testing to evaluate bladder function, conducting post-void residual urine tests to assess bladder emptying, and providing comprehensive pelvic examinations for diagnostic and preventive care.
