Incredible doctor. I have a lengthy medical history and she is one of the best doctors I’ve been lucky enough to work with. She listens to you and really cares. Coached me through pushing with my first child instead of letting the nurses do it. She is present, attentive, and genuine. Very smart and experienced. Can’t say enough wonderful things. Grateful to be under her care.

I saw Dr. Dugan throughout my pregnancy and she was amazing! I had a number of miscarriages prior to that pregnancy and also lost that baby’s twin, so I had a lot of anxiety- she was always very patient with me and answered all my questions and gave me the right reassurances! My husband liked that she went to such a great school and was chief resident of her class, she also cited research and statistics when answering our questions, so we could tell that she’s very smart and up to date with current recommendations! I was so lucky that she was on call when I delivered- I had some complications and we trusted her completely to help me and the baby stay safe- and we did, it was an amazing birth! I couldn’t have asked for a better doctor!

After my first child, I was upset to learn that with my new job I would have to change OBs due to a change in insurance, but was so happy with the experience, and wish I delivered both my children through this practice. The staff is terrific, and I never had to wait for an appointment more than 5 minutes. Any time I called, calls were returned promptly. My first experience was good, but this group exceeded my every expectation!

Extremely late, after nearly waiting an hour and having a VERY rushed annual exam I was pressured to have needless lab work. I asked one question about planning for pregnancy and was immediately told this was "not the time or place" schedule a planning appointment with the nurse practitioner.

Dr Dugan delivered my first born. She was motivating and understanding. She was a great coach!
