Dr. Melissa Ann Ehm Pote, DO

Melissa Ehm Pote did not take my symptoms or concerns seriously. She compared me to her daughter on multiple occasions; didn’t listen, gaslighted & dismissed me. I didn’t feel like she cared about me or what I was going through. She was a terrible advocate for me as a patient of hers for almost a decade. I fired her and would strongly discourage anyone from making Dr. Pote your primary physician. After firing her from my medical team, she went in and changed my chart & diagnoses to cover herself. That’s not a medical professional at all. She doesn’t address her patients needs or concerns as priority. She should not be allowed to continue practicing.

I'm not a fan of doctors but I have to say, Dr Ehm Pote is wonderful. She is compassionate and responsive to the presenting concern of her client. I have recommended her to anyone I know who needs a doctor, or who is open to changing doctors.
