Our visit went okay. Normal visit. She was nice there was nothing alarming at our appointment. We had waited for this appointment for over a month after learning my son wasn’t producing growth hormone. We get to the appointment and obviously she recommended growth hormone and said it should be on my doorstep in 3 weeks. Well, 4 weeks later I still hadn’t heard anything so I reached out. She claimed we were still waiting on nordicare. But she failed to mention she never even sent the referral until the day she read my message. 4 weeks LATE. And instead of owning up to her mistake she chose to lie and remove blame from herself and attempt to place it on the company who supplies the medication. The office manager of the practice(who was very fast at finding out what happened and understood my concerns when she found what happened) investigated to see what happened and sure enough my son’s specialist not only dropped the ball in his care but, she lied to me about it. I do not recommend a… doctor who is comfortable lying to parents about her errors. Own your mistakes and you’ll get a lot more respect. Pretty dangerous game to play. Not with my kid.

Dr. Garganta is a very caring physician. She is thorough and compassionate.
