Dr. Melissa Kae Henry, MD

My family has used Dr Henry for several years. She is absolutely the best. She may not be the fastest dr in Lubbock, but when you do spend time with her she makes you feel like you are a priority. Her nurse, Greta, and receptionist, Josie, are also phenomenal. I travel from the Austin area for my appointments because of Dr. Henry.

My family and myself have been coming to Dr Henry for 5 years. Dr Henry is a good doctor, but her nurse is absolutely horrible!! I called multiple times to discuss medication that was prescribed to me, and never received any phone calls back. When I finally got to speak with her (Greta) Almost a month later she was extremely unprofessional, uncaring and rude! We will not be coming back because of her.

She is the worst Dr. Ive ever seen. Released me after a severe knee injury after doing nothing for me. Wasted 3months of my life without a bot of help.

Long wait time. Doctor seemed concerned about my illness during appointment however I had an adverse effect to medication that night. Called office very next morning to inform them and to have a new script wrote only to be told she would not write one. Was even told to still take medication even after being informed of adverse effects. Was basically told by staff that it was my problem not theirs.
