I have a Bachelor's degree in psychology and in 2007 I graduated from The Ohio State University with a Master's in Social Work. Now, as a Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW) I enjoy working in private practice, primarily with adults, and I believe that therapy is all about you! I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Person Centered, Motivational Interviewing, Mindfulness, Acceptance, and Solution Focused Therapy to help guide you through the healing process and meet your therapeutic goals. I remain calm and understanding, even during the most stressful, difficult situations.
I have over 20 years of experience that includes case management, social work, and individual therapy. I have experience engaging, mentoring, and counseling children, adolescents, adults, and families during various times in their lives. Including times of crisis, stress, …loss/grief, depression, anxiety, trauma, mental health, relationship issues, and life transitions.
