Dr. Melissa Jane Jones

My dentist retired, and I’d put off going to the dentist for a few years because of a really bad dental experience from another dentist. I started out going to her terrified from past dentist experiences, and now I’m not afraid to go to the dentist anymore. She’s pulled a couple bad teeth that couldn't be saved, she put a bridge in, a couple root canals, and now I’ve finally found my new dentist. I have absolutely no fear of going. I’d highly recommend her and her staff to anyone. They are all great and friendly people.

This office gets you in quickly to be seen. Very informative and helpful with the recommended treatment and explains insurance coverage very well. Doctor and staff are very caring and skilled. Highly recommended!

Dr. Jones is very gentle with her work. I have been pleased with the work that she and her staff perform.

I was an "emergency" patient due to my regular dentist not being able to see me. I called and made an appointment and they saw me immediately which was excellent. I would like to say that the staff is just wonderful! They are courteous and helpful and make you feel comfortable. The staff have better manners than the dentist by 110%. If it was not for the staff I would have rated this dentist with 0 stars. Let me just say that if you are fearful at all of the dentist DO NOT see this dentist. She has absolutely NO bedside manner. She makes no attempt to make you feel comfortable or at ease. She is rude, to the point, and does not get to know her patient. She is just "matter of fact" and acts like you are wasting her time. She never once made eye contact with me and acted like I was a no body. I would like to say that the other staff and the dental hygienist is wonderful and friendly and so very, very nice. Just please, take my advice and avoid this dentist. I have a fear of… the dentist, and it is dentists like her that have caused me to be this way.

"How can you pass a licensing exam when you cannot locate canals and properly seal them?" This is a quote from the next dentist we saw after Dr Jones couldn't relieve my husband's pain. Save the fact that his pain lessened upon losing his excessively large crown placed by Dr Jones! It didn't stay intact more than a few weeks, and it only made him worse! We had to pay again to have the 2 services redone by real doctors. More time off work, but well worth it-pain free and finally squared away! Dr Jones and staff ARE very friendly, though. But we weren't there to make friends.....
