Dr. Melissa Lai King

So far I have good experience with the doctors in wellspan.

I honestly did not feel seen or heard with this provider. I will never schedule with her again. She never even bothered to examine me. She was rude and condescending. I felt like she couldn't be bothered with me. I went to the doctor to get some answers for some horrible recurring issues I've been having and left feeling like it was the worst medical experience I've ever had in my 53 years. This was my first appointment at this facility and I hadn't completely decided on who I wanted to choose for my primary care provider but by the time I was finished I knew exactly who I would not ever choose as my provider. Going forward should I need care and she's the only provider available I will go to urgent care instead. No one should ever leave a doctors appointment feeling like I did that day. If you don't want to see and help patients perhaps it's the wrong profession for you.
