I agree about Dr. Miller being emotionally unstable. She started talking about her personal and started crying. Went into a meltdown. She needs helo!

This woman is emotionally unstable!!! The medical people need to be aware of her.

Dr. Miller takes time with her patients. She is such a good, caring listener and makes me feel like we are a team. I have never had a doctor that is so kind, caring, smart, and I feel so lucky to have Dr. Miller as my doctor!!!! You feel like your input matters and you are a part of your medical care, which is very unusual these days.

After seeing other specialists for serious disabling disorders, and after the Social Security Admin. rated me permanently disabled, Dr. Miller refused to acknowledge that I was disabled. She refused to assist me with a required doctor's note stating that I was disabled, in order for me to get help as a disabled person with certain local businesses. I felt totally insulted and I had to fire her.

The office manager Chris called me about a medical issue that I was working on with the nurse practitioner and doctor. I had no idea why she was calling. She was shockingly inappropriate, rude and unprofessional as she told me that they couldn't help me with my request. Why is an office manager getting involved in my medical chart and telling me what to do and calling me? I have never had something like this happen ever. My question was to be discussed with a DOCTOR, not an office manager. This office does not have enough help. I had asked my question two days prior to be given to a DOCTOR or NP and they never called me back. The only reason I was talking with them is because I had to call them again to get my question answered. They never ended up asking the doctor and sent the office manager to call me. Unbelievable. The office manager told me "your insurance won't cover that" when she had not even called my insurance! I had called my insurance the previous day and they… said they would. When I told the manager this, who in my opinion had NO BUSINESS getting involved in my medical diagnosis, she said I was lying! Why would any health professional say that to a patient who is new to their office and has only a perfect history with them? She then proceeded to tell me what she thought I should do with my medical decisions in my life. Really????? I tried to defend myself, telling her I was not a "liar". I feel very abused and mistreated in the most unprofessional manner by this doctor's office and it's staff, namely, the office manager Chris. I plan to make a formal complaint with the appropriate agency about this abuse and mistreatment toward a patient.

Husband showed up ten minutes early for his appointment. He sat in the lobby for an hour and ten minutes, then in an exam room for another twenty before he walked out. I recently saw the nurse practitioner Beth and she was ok until I called to get an rx because the other one was not working. There are only two choices for the med I was given and it's just an anti-viral. She was trying to make me come back in for it (had just paid $45.00 copay just to be established and have to wait a month for my actual physical) and finally after three days of calling the office and then her writing it instead of calling it it in (why??), I finally got someone to actually call it in. They have some serious communication issues within the office and after that incident I wouldn't trust Beth with my care. Oh...and they made sure that they reminded me that Beth wanted me to make an appointment to follow up when I had already made an appointment for a physical before I left after the initial appointment.… Ridiculous.

Never seen although I waited over an hour for an appointment I was on time for. Left furious.
