THE WORST OFFICE- PEOPLE - DOCTOR I HAVE EVER HAD TO DEAL WITH. NO COMPASSION CARE IN THE WORLD. LEAVE PEOPLE IN PAIN FOR MONTHS ALMOST A YEAR. TAKE NEW PATIENTS BUT CANT EVEN SEE THE ONES THEY HAVE ON RECORD. NEEDED TO BE SEEN FOR AN EMERGENCY AND WAS YOLD TO WAIT 7 WEEKS WITH A POSSIBLE INFECTION. IF I END UP WITH COLON CANCER IT WILL BE THEIR FAULT. DISGUSTING. AVOID THIS OFFICE AT ALL COST. 0 stars

After 3 months of waiting for an appointment -- after 3 months of Minor's staff relaying her medical advice over the phone -- after out Visiting Nurses received no response when contacting Minor's office attempting to schedule an appt with any available physician so my mother could be seen personally . . . .we finally left the practice and went to Lahey Clinic in Peabody. In one visit, Dr Stefka prescribed several med changes that worked within a few days. Unfortunately, Minor is too busy to see/speak directly to her patients.

She is very nice felt very comfortable with her.

I never got to see this doctor, so this is review of the person on the phone at Danvers location. I was cut off, not listened to, accused of asking for something unethical. The office staff should at least listen to what is going on and try to seem interested in what the patient needs. Instead, I was discounted and rushed off the phone. Apparently this doctor has enough patients and isn’t interested in doctoring. At least that’s the impression the front line staff provides.

Though her office says accepting new patients, please be aware that if you call for an appointment today, you will probably get to see her after six months, that's how busy her staff claims to be. If she want to get good ratings, she needs to hire courteous staff. I would've given her 0 but the review needs atleast a star to be picked.

Needs more experience reviewing patient history and testing history. Others in her practice are much better diagnostic physicians. Also consistently late for procedures.

Dr. Minor was extremely patient and willing to take the time needed to review my records and listen to my history, which made me much more comfortable. I also think she was able to reach a diagnosis for me because she spent this time up front.

I've seen worse doctors but I'm still not impressed.At least she's nice and not totally unpleasant.She wouldn't rush you to get the scopes you don't need.Was running an hour late.Never told me I need to fax my own lab results to the office.Rushed through the appt and didn't seem to listen well.Doubled my medication dose even though I said I was feeling fine.Spent too much time avoiding my questions and rambling about stuff that doesn't matter.Suggested my gastro issues are from anxiety(w/o doing any scopes).....which is 100% not true.
