She is extremely kind, and understanding. She really cares about my health and I have stage iv kidney cancer. She cares about my anxiety and deals with the side effects I get from cancer meds oncologist has me on. Im 73 yrs old, and feel She understands the frailty of us elderly very well. Im grateful I have her as part of my medical care team.

Best provider I have ever had. Great clinician, fantastic listening skills and very much informed on my history and truly, genuinely cares. A great teacher as well, her student are lucky to have her help shape their careers.

I have been experiencing a lot of poor front desk interaction. Staff are either socializing with their peers, "on a call", or simply understaffed. Also, all the tinsel and "decorations" at the west side front counter are tacky, unprofessional and in the way of the counter space. As for Dr Purttaman, she is a pleasure to work with.
