I have been a patient of Dr. Melissa Reynolds' since 2007. She is exceptionally knowledgeable, kind, and thorough. Over the years, I have been able to confidently place my care in her hands. She has surrounded herself with a very competent and friendly staff, and has expectations of them to further extend the professionalism she embodies. Simply put, she is the best physician I have ever had.

Dr Reynolds has always made me feel like she is there just for me. She is thorough and never makes me feel rushed. She is super patient when I come with a list of questions! She’s great!!

Dr. Reynolds is hands down the best doctor I have ever had. I wish that she could be my doctor for everything. I absolutely love her and have been going to her for almost 13 years.

I’ve seen Dr. Reynolds 3 times. She seems knowledgeable and kind. However, I switched because the scheduling is unbelievably bad. I waited between 45 minutes to an hour to see her, every time I visited. I’ve scheduled early morning, lunch time and afternoon appointments, all with equally bad service. On my last appointment I waited in the cold examination room in a paper gown for an hour. I would not recommend and I won’t be back.

Incredibly rude staff. Very unprofessional. Order you around like you're a child. Bad traffic and parking situation. Noisy, stressful waiting room where I had to wait over 30 minutes.
