Dr. Melissa Andriani Rusli, MD

Our first visit we did not see Dr. Rusli. We saw Dr. Parker Williams and Intern in the office. He was awesome. When I visited the office I did not see Dr. Rusli I saw a Dr. James. She also was a good doctor, and I went in for an earache and was treated do not know the doctors name. Was given a vitamin B shot by a tech. and my last visit was with an intern whom I do not know his name for pain in my shoulder. Therefore, Dr. Rusli never treated my husband nor myself. Because she graduated from a great medical school is why we chose her. Yes we were disappointed that she was not our physician. Therefore, we are now with United Health Care and have the opportunity to see other physicians. The doctors that we saw were very polite and knowledgeable. Nevertheless, we decided to leave the office and seek another doctor. That is what is wonderful about being a US Citizen. We have choices in this county. I am sure Dr. Rusli is an wonderful doctor or she would not have all these interns under… her care. My husband and I wish her well and a Happy New Years. And thank you to the doctors that took care of us this year.

Can't get through phones to change or cancel an appointment. I can't have a doctor I can't communicate with. Gave up trying to change appointment now I've been on hold 15 minutes trying to cancel.

Dr. Rusli needs improvement on following up with patients.

Dr. Rusli was compassionate and kind to my 91-year old relative. This was a first visit and Dr. Rusli was patient and thorough in obtaining all background medical (and social) history. She asked the right questions and directed them to the patient. She was considerate and caring throughout the appointment which actually started right on time. No wait time. Everyone on the staff was superbly professional and caring. A wonderful experience.
