Dr. Melissa Marie Smith, MD

I would NOT recommend Dr. Melissa Smith. After excising a cyst, she left a terrible facial scar. My experiences with her: *The initial consultation was 5-8 minutes due to her needing to leave for an urgent matter she had to attend to. She had no other time to discuss in person or on the phone. *While she finishing up the surgery, she told me that she would come back to the room once I was cleaned up so that I could ask her a few questions. She never returned and I never saw her again. *She did not remove my sutures nor did she see me. When I asked to speak to her, they said they would take a photo of the incision and show it to her. If there was a problem, they would contact me and I did not hear from her. Because of the above, I DO NOT recommend her.

I wish I had gone to Dr. Smith a long time ago. If you are on the fence about having any kind of plastic surgery done Dr. Smith is great. I had a tummy tuck and breast lift two years ago and wish I had done it 10 years ago. I recented went back to Dr. Smith for lipo of flanks and outer legs. I am still healing but already it looks terrific. She takes her time with you and gives you her full attention so she can deliver to you the best possible results. Shes not your normal smug Dr. She is as personable as she is qualified. If you can afford it, don't go through life wishing you look different. Call Dr. Smith.
