Dr. Melissa Ann Stults, DO

Dr. Stults is the least empathetic doctor I've ever met. Did not refer me correctly so I suffered from a simple skin condition for over two years before I finally self referred and the issue was resolved. I tried to talk to her about my concerns, she was irritated with my comments, telling me she had already spent 17 minutes with me and that she had to go because her phone appts. are only 11 minutes.

I am sad to say that I had a really bad experience seeing this Dr, my newly chosen physician (my previous Dr retired). I went in for my annual physical and the experience was awkward from the moment she walked in the door. Having worked medical front office in the past, I know some of the very best physicians can be lacking in bedside manner. So I wasn’t too put off. As a 43 yo female experiencing terrible perimenopause, she was completely dismissive of all my complaints. I left in tears, totally frustrated. Apparently my 50 pound weight gain in 1 year is totally normal, I just need to diet. Now why didn’t I think of that? Hormone testing or treatment is apparently something to roll your eyes at, and I had to insist on a mammogram after she told me to wait until I was 50- despite a history of abnormalities and a biopsy (benign) in the past. Glad I insisted- I’ve had 3 in a year, plus ultrasounds, at the radiologists request- because somethings not right). Save yourself some grief and… see anyone but this “DO”, there was nothing whole body about her approach with me.

Not friendly that was my firs appointment and she don't even say hi or anything she look very tired i was in pain and no prescription, i don't want coming back.
