Great physician in-person, but works part-time and doesn’t adequately respond to patient concerns, especially when dealing with severe chronic pain conditions. Provider read a private, MyChart message to a different provider at OSU and proceeded to dismiss me as a patient because she didn’t like what I wrote about her lack of communication. Very unprofessional and a violation of confidentiality.

Dr Bold is the best doctor in her field. She takes time to listen and understand your problem. I have been to over 6 doctors in a search to find relief from the pain. After the very first visit, I knew I had found my angel!!
