I moved to South Carolina three years now and I still cannot find a good doctor let alone an excellent doctor like Melissa Vansickle if I really get badly sick I will fly or drive back to Onsted to see a real doctor I am not kidding

I know that this office runs behind everyday. I also know that when I am seen by staff it's all about me also. I have been with Dr. VanSickle from the first day she came to this community, and I followed her to Jackson and back. My family (whole) mom, sister, wife, kids, grand-kids, all see her and she is right on the money when we are down with some crud.... I think the world of her and the staff in Onsted,MI. Again you will wait ...but when it's your turn you are #1 with them good old down home style friendly people I Love them all and am very happy/proud to have them in my corner....

The Dr. is the best I have seen. She listens, is caring, and trully cares for her patients. She is alot like what I have read of old time Dr's. She knows you, your family, and treats you like an old friend. Her staff is her only problem. They can seem grumpy, and even rude at times. Also, there can be a long wait to see her, but she is well worth the wait, bring a book ! lol

After carefully selecting Dr. Vansickle through my insurance I called to schedule an appointment to remove stitches from an emergency visit and was informed by the receptionist that there were 524 patients ahead of any new patient coming in. Are you serious? I can't understand why Blue Care Network would even offer this Doctor as an available physician. Very disappointed and I am not sure where the fault lies-with the overwhelmed doctor or with the uninformed insurance company...

Courteous staff, caring and friendly group. Love Dr. VanSickle. Choose my new insurance based on the participation of office because I don't want to change physician. Have higjly recommended her too many.

Dr. Vansickle is always available and doesn't rush through your appt. She is vary knowledgable and doens't always take the fastest way to get you out the door. Love her!!
