I have been seeing Dr. Welby for several years, she is compassionate, understanding very easy to talk to. I would not want anyone else as a psychiatrist. I highly recommend her to all. -Tom

I went into therapy a very anxious and stressed person and now have the tools to manage my anxiety at ANY level. Melissa helped provide me with my "life tool box" in which to delve into as needed to thwart anxious and stressful feelings as they arise. I will always be grateful and thankful for all the help you provided me.

Dr. Welby is a compassionate, gifted healer. She respects me and cares about my progress. Her sincere attention to detail just shows how much she cares about her job and the patients she serves. I recommend her without reservation. She's amazing.
